Gets In Shape to Walk the Way of St. James in Spring 2025
Hello! I'm on a weight loss journey without the diet and drama. Just a simple walking plan to get me to my goal weight of 135 lbs by December 2024. I will come up with a walking plan that works in my life and after tracking my progress, alter to get me to my goal. I'll be 100% honest along the way "weigh" If you read my blog I'll share more about my actual weight but as of today, April 28, 2023, I'm pretty sure I weigh about 235 pounds (probably more). I want to get to 125-135 lbs and a size six. I'm probably about a size 18-20 today.
